"Now General Kael, tell me about the gossip." Eiana all of a sudden said.
Kael munched on his biscuit and asked, "What gossip, Your Highness?" As he popped another one in his mouth.
"The one on how you dealt with the elder vampires." Eiana said.
And just when she said that, *Cough* cough* cough*
A series of coughs followed, her words, as Kael chocked in his food and looked at her with wide eyes.
Eiana passed with a glass of water with concern, and he took it and had a sip.
"Y- your Highness, I did not do anything. What are you talking about?" Kael felt a little awkward. Would Eiana think of him lowly if he were to tell her how he had tortured those oldies to obey his words.
If it were old Eiana in the past, he would have flaunted his deeds. But what if, now she gets offended and looks at him lowly?
Eiana raised an eyebrow at him and said, " General Kael, do you know who I am?"
