"What a shocking turn of events!" Thought Lilliana.
She was not expecting this at all as Lilianna believed that the hateful old man hated her.
"There must be a mistake. Dr. Casper does not like me at all. Why would he want me to take on this position?" Asked Lilianna hugging herself. She really felt that this was not possible in the slightest.
"Well, Dr. Casper, though had his predujices against you before, found out of your works through his digging. He believes that you really should become the new head of surgery." Said the manager while shaking his head and giving her an encouraging look. It must really be shocking that someone who had wanted her thrown out was now rooting for her.
"Mr. Manager, sir, I believe you know where I'm coming from. Why would Dr. Casper suddenly want me to become head of surgery when he was shouting fro me to be removed just a few minutes ago?" She said in one breath. Lilianna was not having any of it.
