Having finished the brief meeting with the pack of devils, Seyan drained a glass of wine as a token of appreciation and left the lounge with Reyo. Outside the room, she heaved a sigh of relief. Seyan lost the mood of hanging out and decided to leave.
However, just as she rounded a corner, Seyan was quickly yanked and pinned to the wall. She didn't know where Reyo was when she heard a familiar voice say, "Shh! Your friend is safe."
Glancing at the guy before her, she realised who it was and felt so annoyed. The first question that she managed to formulate was how he managed to notice her despite her disguise.
"I know, you're Denovo. I must say you're quite something," he whispered, his crimson red eyes gleaming.
Seyan stirred her body a little and snapped, "What do you want, Farley?"
Farley was stunned at Seyan's mention of his name. Never had he thought that she'd recall him. He smiled widely and joked, "You surely have some good memory."
