Jasver didn't answer right away but looked at Carren's eyes intently.
"I'm worried for you, I think it will be safer if you stay here for a while, and if you want to get your things I can get them for you."
The girl thought she would feel much more awkward if Jasver said that.
"But... what if he comes back to haunt you?" Jasver mumbled half desperate to get a firm rejection from Carren.
Carren closed her eyes for a moment and shook her head slowly.
"He doesn't know, and even if that happens, then you're the first I'll call Jasver."
If Carren had already said that, then Jasver didn't deserve to push her any further, right?
He has no right over Carren, after all, Carren's current status is not his lover, but only a friend he just met!
"Okay, if you say so, but you have to promise me if he comes back to you, then you have to call me without thinking."
