Hiroki's POV
I followed my instincts and ran as fast as I could.
"Hey wait!" - he shouted from behind, turns out he was following me!
My hand was snatched, and I turned around to face him.
"Why did you run away from me? Do you hate me?" - he said as he drooped his head
Cr*p is he about to cry again? Why did I run anyway?
"No! No it's not like that! I was just hurrying because I'm hungry!" - I defended myself as if I was a criminal... Eh? Something's wrong with that train of thought. (ʘ言ʘ╬)
"Ohhh! you must be extremely hungry to be running so fast haha" - for the first time in such a long time, I've felt embarrassed...
"Let's just go" - I conceded, maybe because I was raised a gentleman but I can't bear seeing someone cry because of me.
As we went into the cafeteria, the boy kept babbling nonstop. About things that would not make sense to me...
