Rose's POV:
I kept thinking about it, maybe walking is still a far goal, so I'll start by standing first!
I know that a 2 month-old body is not yet optimal for standing but I still want to try! I am not expecting to do it at one try but I have to learn something from every failure. That is the wisdom of an adult! Mira and maids will be dumbfounded when they see me trying to stand so I decided to practice when they are not around. I'll be keeping this teeny tiny secret under wraps hehe~
As I have tried flipping and crawling, sitting up with the aid of my crib will definitely be a breeze!
--
Hehe! I want to smack my self from 2 hours ago! A breeze? Really?! More like a Tornado!
I've been trying for the past 2 hours but all I got are cramps and body pain! I decided to rest for a while and contemplate about what I did wrong.
My sense of balance with this body is skewed so maybe I should try to get used to it first? Yeah! That's what I need to do!
After 5 minutes or so, I tried stretching while lying on my back.
Flexed my arms, rotated it and reaching out as far as I can go!
Down to my legs, I shook it a bit and practiced kicking!
I also layed prone to my front to stretch my back muscles.
By doing this little exercise for a while, my muscles seem more flexible than before!
--
For 3 straight days, all I've been doing is my little exercise, in preparation for the big move! Sitting!
It seems like my muscles and body is getting more and more flexible so maybe it's now time to try!
I tried to hold a pillar on the side of a crib for balance. I still can't! But this is not gonna make me give up! I held the pillar with 2 hands for more stability and I can feel my back being strained more and more as I applied more force to it!
I can slowly feel my force nearing the end of my current capacity. I pulled in a burst of strength and I opened my eyes.
My whole body relaxed seemingly drained out of its strength and I collapsed on my back!
Although it was only for an extremely short moment!
I successfully sat!
I did it!
