I woke up early in the morning. And picked out the clothes I was going to wear later on for my date. A black blouse with black soft lace and the sleeve was black lace. And nice black leather pants. And I exercised. And took my meds. Thank goodness I graduated. The school was driving me crazy. I did everything I could to stay awake. Because I was still scared of the threat Kirk made me. I made myself a cup of coffee. And my dad woke up and made me another cup. And he asked, "Courageous are you okay?" "Yes, daddy, I'm okay." "Because your mom told me about the threat Kirk told you. And you look like you haven't slept in months." I lied again, "Yes, dad, I'm okay." "So your mom says you have a date today. And to drop you off at the Mayan Theater. " "Yes I have a date today. " "How long have you been together?" "Two months on the phone." "Okay, no funny business. And make sure you do all your chores before I drop you off. Okay." "Okay, daddy. And thanks for the coffee." "You're welcome." I kissed him on the cheek. I washed, folded, and put up my clothes. I fixed my bed. And washed dishes. Then it was 5:00 pm. I took a quick shower. Blow-dried my long hair. Brushed it. And straightened it. I put blush, and powder on. Then I got dressed. And put on some snake skin-looking sandals. And wearing a black Betsey Johnson purse that had roses and fringes. I love Betsey Johnson purses. And I put my sunglasses case with my prescription sunglasses in the case inside my purse. I also put my blush and powder on. And my keys to the house. And it was 6:30 pm. "Dad, are you ready?" "Yes, Courageous. Let's go." And we got there 10 minutes late, past 7:00 pm. My dad took a picture of Roan. And of Roan's ID and took a picture of the license plate of the vehicle his parents dropped him off in. And asked his parents, "Are you'll going to bring her back home?" Roan's parents told my dad, "Yes we're taking her home." "Okay, Courageous call me or mom when the movie is over." "Okay, daddy. " I hugged my dad and kiss. And waved goodbye. Roan bought the tickets and chose the seats. And I bought the popcorn and drinks. And without knowing it he bought us hotdogs. And we saw the movie Red 2. I was so happy. And he asked me when the movie was over, "Will you go out with me tomorrow?" "I have to ask my parents speaking of which thanks for reminding me I have to call them. The phone rings before I call and it's my mom. "Mom I was just about to call you." "Really?" "Yeah, the movies over just waiting for Roan's to pick us up and take me home. Oh, before I forget can I go out with Roan again tomorrow?" "Yes, Miha, what time and where?" "Babe, my mom wants to know what time and where." "Tell her at Woodlawn Park at 3 pm and that we'll pick you." "Mom he said at Woodlawn Park at 3:00 pm. And that he'll be picking me up." "Okay. I will tell your dad." "Thanks, mom."
Today was an awesome first date. We made out. And we kissed each other. Locking lips and playing footsy except it was with our tongues and not our feet. And I wanted to do much more than that. But after we made out. I licked his nose. And nibbled his ear lobe. Then his parents arrived to pick us up. I got off his lap. I straightened myself up. And helped him get into the vehicle. After I got in. And he took me home and I kissed him on the cheek. He told me that we should do this again sometime. We walked towards the door. But I stopped him and asked him to wait for a moment. I went inside, grabbed the key that was under the mat, and opened the door. I closed the door behind us. I gave him a peck on the lips. "Goodnight, Roan." "Goodnight, Courageous." Then I started walking away from him. But then I turned around and said, "Roan, one last thing." "What is it Courageous?" "Don't call me Courageous." "Why not Courageous?" "Because I don't like being called that." "What else do you want me to call you, Courageous?" "I think you're cute too." He laughed. And I giggled. And he went inside the house. And I stood outside the door. He drove home. I waved at him. As he pulled off the road. I ran down to the end of the street, and watched him drive away. Until I couldn't see him anymore. And I knew he was gone. And then I went home. And I changed out of my dress. And I curled my hair. Then I made myself a snack. And ate it all. And went to sleep. So that I would wake up the next day ready for my date. With all of my nerves gone.
In my dream. I dreamed about my mother. I dreamed that she was sitting on the porch. It wasn't a pleasant dream.
It was raining.
