many days passed, i got used to Caspian just popping in my mind and disappearing, the incident was dealt with, and the rumors died down, the only thing left for khalid to tell about the incident of my parents,
'sigh' i sighed while looking out of the window {what's wrong with you} Caspian asked me in my head 'i was just thinking on how that chime- i mean Khalid ghosted me without saying a single word' i mumbled, i was used to Caspian calling Khalid a chimera which also made me call him that {oh you're thinking about the chimera}
'btw why are you calling him a chimera' i asked Caspian who appeared in front of me {isn't it obvious} he said while sitting on the chair 'no it's not, and reduce the light you are producing, it's hurting my eyes' as Caspian was a familiar of light, his appearance was soo bright that i would be unable to see anything surrounding me
{oh sorry, A chimera is a being that is the mixture of two or more beings} he started explaining, 'do you think i am soo stupid i don't know what a chimera is' Caspian had the hobby of seeing me as a dumb person, it was probably because i would ask many basic questions about this world {oh, you knew what a chimera was}

'i see' i thought while staring outside [i wonder what the other part of him is] it was time for me to go and learn about the history, however i skipped that day running away to outside
'you sure this is a good idea'! i asked Caspian while jumping through the fence {if you want to learn about this world, it's better to see for yourself than reading books} he replied while i was busy running [i don't think they will worry about me eing kidnapped since i left a note] i was going through a shortcut that was created by the forest.
'AND SERIOUSLY, WHY IS THIS PLACE SOO COLD' i screamed in agony, the north was the place the lazuli ruled, it was covered in snow most time of the year other than in summer, however that didn't change the fact that it was still cold in north
{calm down, this place is the north, there are many monsters lingering in this part of the forest} i ran as fast as i could, avoiding all the obstacles that came my way and running at full speed 'btw wouldn't it be weird if people see me' i asked him again
{then use magic to change your appearance} he replied, not caring 'how do i do that'? although i could use basic magic thanks to maria, some magic was still untaught to me {stop} i stopped using my full force and controlling my body with magic 'wait'! i fell down… i stood up pouting, 'what's wro-' i was cut off, some kind of feeling came to my heart. It felt like someone or something wanted to kill me, i got goosebumps something was staring at me in the back, something nonhuman.
[Caspian....] i called out to him

{look back slowly, don't show weakness in your face} i turned around slowly not showing an inch of expression in my face, all i could see was a person with a robe 'w-who are you' i stuttered, the person's face was also covered but i could feel them smirking at me 'just your everyday villain.... lady lazuli' he replied while shrugging, even if i was not good at controlling my mana to sense my surroundings, i could still feel the pressure he was leaking
[what should i do]
{do you know fighting} Caspian asked me
[well i do know how to fight, however i don't think that will work] i replied with a faint smile
{i know, all you need to do is dodge every single attack they produce}

'do you hate her' i asked in a low voice not to madden him 'i loathe her' he started 'she took away everything from me, my money, my fame, my everything'! that man was mental, he lost his daughter, money, fame everything from him and went mad although i don't know how The Sleeping Beauty was involved in this.
'just because her stupid friend was killed.....' [hah! what did he just say??] i sighed in tiredness and left the place looking for this girl only to find out that she ran away from home.... and here i am after catching up to her.
[she kept talking to herself.... does she have a familiar or something??]
'who are you' she asked me while distancing herself [does she excel in long distance attacks?]
