Staying at the facility all day felt like a mistake, but Jacob couldn't come up with a reasonable excuse to escape. He hinted at going out to receive some fresh air, or taking a walk around the property, or simply sit outside and stare at the weather, but everyone ignored him. Except Nicole. She made it a point to remind if the danger's that lurked outside the walls if the facility, and how his enemies won't hesitate to end him once he gives them an opening.

Jacob felt restrained with his back against the wall. He barely kept himself from going nuts and his eyes bled from staring at computer screens all day. Staying indoors didn't ruin his thinking process or anything, although it might, but he felt like he was pushing the button for a shoot each time he wanted to jump.
