"Come here, honey," Father called Jasmine.
Jasmine walked closer to her father. However, she felt that there was something strange about the person standing in front of her father.
As Jasmine got close to her father's position, the person slowly turned his body. Jasmine was surprised, and she didn't expect that the man was in her house. That man was none other than Dean Milles.
"How are you?" said Diana to Dean.
"Fine," Dean replied curtly.
As usual, Dean was always cold either to his sister or everyone. However, Diana was not disappointed because she was used to her brother's attitude.
"Then let's start the dinner," said the mother to everyone who had gathered.
Jasmine didn't say much this time because she didn't understand all the dinner plans. That was going on either. There were only Dean and Diana present without their parents, which made Jasmine wonder in her heart.
"No need to frown, you think this dinner is to welcome you right?" whispered Diana seductively.
"Up to you. I do not care!" said Jasmine.
Diana smiled. She knew that Jasmine was upset right now. While the two of them were whispering, someone was always watching.
Dinner was over, and everyone now switched to sitting in the living room. Talk about work in progress. It made the mother feel bored.
"I'm bored, how about we hear the piano playing from one of my students?" Mother said to everyone.
Jasmine was silent, thinking it must be Caesar since her mother only has one disciple at the moment. She could say her mother is very selective in choosing a disciple.
Mother clapped her hands not long after the sound of footsteps from behind. Jasmine tried to restrain herself from looking back.
However, what her heart was saying was different from her body. She turned back saw who was walking closer. It was Caesar, as she thought.
What she thought was true was Caesar. The man walked casually in a grey suit.
Jasmine's eyes didn't blink at all, and she missed him so much. The man she couldn't reach or make her life partner. Jasmine turned her head back when she saw Camila running after Caesar from behind, and now they were holding hands.
"Forget her! He doesn't deserve you. I disagree if you continue to pursue his love," whispered Diana, who was annoyed to see Caesar strolling with Camila.
"You don't understand," Jasmine replied as she took a sip of the drink in the glass.
"I understand because I also feel what you feel," replied Diana.
Jasmine looked into Diana's eyes, looking for the answer to what she had said earlier. If you look into it, maybe Diana also seems to be chasing a man's love that can't possibly be hers.
"Show the greatness you have, don't embarrass me in front of them," said Angela's mother jokingly.
"I will not let you down, Mrs Angela!" replied Caesar as he walked towards the piano.
The father's face changed because he did not know that his wife had invited Caesar. Indeed he had not said all the bad things to Caesar and had approached the princess.
Caesar was sitting right in front of the piano, and he was already getting ready to play a song. He turned his face to look at Jasmine in his heart, saying how much he missed her.
However, Camila covered Caesar's view, thus covering Jasmine. With her trademark smile, she walked closer to Angela.
Caesar's piano playing began. He tried to play well so as not to disappoint his teacher. He also wanted to make Jasmine more attracted to him and couldn't let go.
The piano playing is quite beautiful, so Diana has been swept away. However, after finishing everything, she returned cold when she saw Caesar. She didn't like a man who had turned her best friend into a stupid and weak woman.
"Sit down, let's chat for a bit!" Angela said to Caesar while pointing at the sofa close to Dean.
Caesar was walking closer as well as Camila. Seeing the two of them so close made Jasmine feel stuffy.
"I went to the park first," Jasmine said as she walked away from them all.
Jasmine didn't care about what they were going to talk about anymore. All she wanted to do now was calm down.
She walked towards a park, and the garden lights were burning so brightly that they created a very calm atmosphere. She strolled through this garden.
"There is no moon and stars," Jasmine muttered as she continued walking towards a pavilion.
The cold air did not make her go back into the house; she sat in the gazebo while playing with her cell phone. She was plugging in earphones and turning on music on her cell phone.
Jasmine didn't realize that someone was watching her. The person walked closer, and he could not wait to hug the woman sitting alone.
That person was none other than Caesar, and he was sitting right beside Jasmine. Without making a sound and moving a lot, all he did was stare gently at the face of the woman beside him.
"Did you miss me, honey?" he asked quietly. He didn't care if Jasmine heard or not what he said.
Caesar kept watching Jasmine, and he wanted to always be near her. He held Jasmine's hand gently, and it took Jasmine by surprise.
"What are you doing here?!" Jasmine asked as she pulled her hand away.
"I missed you very much," replied Caesar.
"Stop all this! Aren't you the one who chose to go with Camila. Why did you miss me?!" Jasmine said in a cold tone, but her heart still ached.
Caesar was silent. Seeing that he was quiet, it was a sign that there was nothing more about talking. Jasmine got up and walked away from Caesar.
However, Jasmine's steps stopped when Caesar pulled her hand. He tucked Jasmine into his arms.
"I missed you so much," Caesar whispered.
Caesar released his embrace and kissed Jasmine gently. He couldn't take it anymore to enjoy the warm kiss he could receive from Jasmine.
"What are you doing ?!" shouted someone who stopped Caesar's kiss.
