Jasmine also listened to what her father said, leaving Caesar. She tried to throw away all her love for Caesar and ignored all calls and text messages from him. Apart from her father's orders, she also saw Caesar, who was patting Camila, and at that moment, he heard what the man said. Caesar says that he is inseparable from Camila, which hurts Jasmine's heart.
Jasmine's body fell into someone's arms when someone grabbed her hand, and she immediately saw who had held her hand. She was surprised when he saw Caesar.
"Why did you dodge?" Caesar asked Jasmine.
Jasmine didn't answer Caesar's question, and she tried to escape from the man's embrace. However, Caesar didn't just let her go and he pushed Jasmine's body against the wall.
"You have not answered my question?" asked Caesar again softly.
"Let go of me! Aren't you afraid if Camila sees you?!" Jasmine answered while looking Caesar in the eye.
"That doesn't matter to me," said Caesar with a smile.
"No problem? You bastard Caesar! I don't want to continue this. You better hug your woman!" said Jasmine.
Caesar immediately attacked Jasmine with a kiss. Jasmine tried not to respond. However, Caesar continued to colonise Jasmine's lips very aggressively. Slowly Jasmine began to be lulled by Caesar's kisses, and finally, she kissed her back.
He smiled after breaking the kiss, and he was sure that Jasmine would never be able to avoid him. Jasmine looked at Caesar, then she asked, "What is your purpose for doing all this? You already have Camila, then why are you approaching me?"
"I love you, and I will leave her for you," whispered Caesar.
"Liar," said Jasmine as she pushed Caesar's body.
With the sound of footsteps getting closer, they both kept their distance, and Jasmine walked towards her room. In the room, she just sat and thought about what Caesar said. Jasmine didn't know what to feel right now, whether happy or sad. She remembered what her father had said.
"Come in," Jasmine said when she heard someone knocking on her door.
The bedroom door opened, and she saw the father walking. The father sat right next to the daughter. He stared fixedly at Jasmine, and he thought back to what he should do.
"What's the matter, Dad?" Jasmine asked softly.
"Go to Singapore. Just replace me for a few weeks for a business trip," replied the father.
"That's all? Is there anything else?" continued Jasmine.
"That's all. I hope you can finish everything well because I believe in you," replied the father, who was still staring at his daughter's face.
"Dad,"
"And one more thing you must remember with your promise when we talk at the office," The father interrupted Jasmine before continuing his sentence.
Jasmine nodded her head, and she knew that her father didn't want her to have anything to do with Caesar. She will try with all her might to forget her love even though all that is not possible.
"Dinner is ready," said the mother, who had just entered Jasmine's room and saw her husband and daughter.
"Okay, let's have dinner first," said father, getting up.
Jasmine got up, and she walked after her father from behind. The mother was curious about the conversation between her daughter and her husband.
"What are you talking about?" Mother asked Jasmine in a low voice.
"On business and I'm going to Singapore for a few weeks," Jasmine answered her mother's question.
"I hope your business there is over quickly," replied the mother, who already knew about the departure of the princess even though she knew there were other things she didn't know.
"Honey, did you dig up information from your daughter?" the father asked the wife.
The mother walked up to her husband with a smile and took his hand. And they both walked towards the dining room.
Jasmine stopped in her tracks when she saw Caesar and Camila already in the dining room. They stood up from their seats and paid a little respect to Jasmine's father.
"Hello, Jasmine," Camila greeted with her trademark smile.
Jasmine smiled, then sat down and replied, "Hello."
"Sit down!" Father orders in all things.
The father was not happy with the presence of Caesar and Camila. He also put on a cold face and was told to start dinner, and no one was talking at dinner because he did not like it.
There are several food menus arranged on the table. Everyone ate the dish, and no one spoke because the father didn't like it when someone told while eating.
Caesar was always staring at Jasmine, and he wanted to see how she would react after that incident. What Caesar was doing was seen by Camila, and she was envious of her lover's demeanour, who was watching Jasmine unblinkingly.
However, Camila could not act rashly to jeopardise Caesar's musical career. Yes. Because Caesar is learning piano from her mother Jasmine right now, she doesn't want to destroy any of it. And only Angela could fulfil Caesar's dream of becoming a famous pianist.
Dinner is over. "How about tonight we listen to Jasmine play the piano?" asked the mother, who started the conversation.
"It's true what Angela said, will my beloved daughter play the piano for this old man?" continued father.
Mother chuckled when her husband said he was old. "You are old but I am young!"
Father spontaneously laughed. He looked directly at Jasmine. And Jasmine knew what to do.
"Alright, I will comply with the request of this old man and old woman in front of me," Jasmine joked as she got up from her seat and walked towards the piano.
"I also can't wait to see the daughter of a famous pianist," continued Camila.
"Interesting. You insulted me in front of my own parents," Jasmine said with a faint smile.
The father was not happy with what Camila said, but he didn't want to spoil the atmosphere because it was difficult to persuade Jasmine to play the piano. He only showed a sour face when he looked at Camila.
"Watch yourself and I don't want any trouble in this house," Caesar whispered to Camila.
"It's you and remember I'm holding onto something that could break you," Camila said.
"You…,"
