"Mom, can I come with you?" Andrea asked Jasmine, who was getting ready to go to the party tonight.
Jasmine paused for a moment about what she was doing. She bent her body slightly and then looked at her daughter gently.
"I'm sorry for not being able to take you and Andreas with you tonight because there are no children at the party tonight," Jasmine said to her daughter in a gentle tone.
Even though she could have brought her two children with her, she worried she couldn't protect them. Because she didn't know whether there would be any danger at tonight's party, she had lost enough of Alnona and didn't want to lose anymore.
She again gave understanding to her daughter and promised that tomorrow morning, she would take the two of them for a walk in the playground. Andrea smiled, and she looked at her mother, wanting to make sure what her mother said was true or not.
"Promise," Andrea said while showing her pinky finger.
