Clara sighed.
She checked the time on her wrist watch and saw she had spent almost an hour with Neko.
"Damn! I really should get going now. I don't want my brother worrying about me."
"Oh!" Neko exclaimed. "Thought you took permission for one to two hours eh?"
"Well that was just hypothetic. I'll...i'll just be going now." She stood up and then gulped the rest of her coffee. She then faced Neko.
"Please try to do as much research as you can on the matter. Afterall, I too want my niece back, so I guess our priorities align here in that we both want her found...alive."
"Hmm." Neko nodded. She raised a hand towards the waitress, ordering a cup of coffee.
"Seems I've my work cut out for me then," she said, giving a fake smile to Clara.
"You know I can't do much on this. I work for them and so they'll be on to me in no time."
Neko attempted to speak but was interrupted by Clara raising a finger. "I'll tell you exactly what I do for the council later. Until then. Ciao!"
