( Anna's POV )
" Where are we?" I asked Alex when he parked his car outside an isolated building. We were heading to my company first after having the meal but Alex got a call from Jordan and he drove here first.
" This is where Jordan does some...things." Alex answered and I understood the meaning of the word "things" that Alex used for him.
" Wait for me here. I'll come back in a minute." he said and I nodded my head. He got off the car while I and Alfie remained inside the car. A minute passed and we were sitting silently when Alfie opened the car's door.
" What happened Alfie?" I asked him, turning around to look at him.
" I found something." he said and jumped out of the car. He ran towards the building's entrance and I also got out of the car to follow him.
" What did you find?" I asked him when I saw a dagger in his hand.
" Mom. This is Mom's dagger." he said and I looked at him confused.
