We broke apart and stared into each other's eyes. The guests started to shout my name to say something and Alex handed over the mic to me.
I felt nervous at first when Alex gave me the mic. I had not even made up my mind that I would be giving a speech today. It made me more nervous. Seeing my condition, Alex hold my hand and gave me an encouraging smile. I took a deep breath and started.
" Well, I'm sorry that I didn't prepare anything to say for the wedding." I said and let out an awkward laugh. "But all I want to say is that Alex, I am deeply in love with you and always will. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me in my whole life and I promise that I will never leave your side no matter what." I said and everyone clapped. I smiled looking at Alex and he gave me a small peck on my lips. The music that was resumed continued to play and many couples started to dance along with the music.
