After that night Reyhaan left for his hometown in his private jet with Krish and Jacob the next day. She does not have an idea about it that it will be soon and she did not ask him. She needs her time to sort out the things first. Sora occupied herself with office work and study as she is giving her next sem exams soon from the very next day.
These days whenever Reyhaan gets time, he video called her. He took updates on office work too and gave his suggestions as well. He never forgot to ask her about her study and if she is taking care of herself by if lunch and dinner have done or not on time. Not to forget always tells her how much he missed her and loved her. He used to have this content expression on his face when he saw her in video calls. This much from him was sufficient for her to warm her heart.
Once her exams were over she got a lot of time. So she immersed herself in office work for the next days hoping then she will get more time to talk with Reyhaan. He already mailed her important insights which were needed for further completion of projects. So she needs to discuss them too.
It was the last time when her exams were about to start he called her and gave her best wishes. At that time he sounded so tired as if he has fought a battle and when she asked he just shrugged it by not being able to sleep properly as she is not there! On this response, she got convinced and he did not call her after that.
Even after the exam, she does not get any call from him so she started to worry. It was acceptable he did not contact her during her exam period but after that, she was expecting a long call at least on weekends but nope, it does not happen.
She started to call him a lot in between thinking he may be free that time but to her dismay, it did not get connected. She tried to call Krish too and he was also out of reach. She does not have any idea about what is happening. It was a relief that he is in his hometown and Jacob must be with him to protect him. She does not have Jacob's contact or she would have called him. She started to worry about his whereabouts. He is from country S and she does not know his exact location where he belongs. This started to haunt her.
It has been more than three months now in the country I, she started her journey and she got many friends and a very understanding and charming boyfriend. But now her family asked her to come home as her birthday remained less than a month time. So she thought once Reyhaan will be done with his work he will definitely come as he promised on her birthday. At least to take his return gift she thought and immediately her cheeks started to burn in red.
After giving all instructions to all department heads and discussing all required details when she will not be here with Mr. Bob she went home that day and did some packing. She bought gifts for everyone in her family while her stay and for her friends.
She is a simple person and hence even her father told her he will arrange his private jet for her but she refused and started her journey in plane's economy class. After a long time when she returned home she was overwhelmed. She found herself emotional and her eyes turned a little misty. She can see her mansion was decorated all over the place not spacing out an inch. After all, nobody turns eighteen every year, right?
Her father Sebastian always doted on her most and he always thought she is the hope for the family and their kind. Now for what he waited all those years finally arrived. So he was happy to celebrate it.
When she reached, the red carpet was decorated everywhere in the mansion over in and out ways! All the helpers were lined up for her arrival and they were sprinkling Magnolia flower petals for her as it was her favorite flower which was planted in the garden. Everything was so royal and now she is feeling that royalty of 'Princess' with their every action. She was confused but as usual, she does not give it a thought as still for her Reyhaan's matter is more important than her birthday celebration and that so-called duty which will ask by her father.
Once everyone settled down she saw many of her relatives and guest had arrived in the mansion. She sighed thinking she will get a chance to talk to her sister or family at night only once all will sleep peacefully.
She was continuously sneaking for her mobile too if there is any message or mail from Rey or Krish but to her disappointment it was none.
