Even after the dinner she did not get chance to meet her father as he was busy with guests and Myra was also helping them with her mother to attend lady guests. She was not sure why they are not just celebrating it as usual. She was asked to take rest for her special day!
So this way many days passed she did not get chance to talk to her family peacefully even though she tried alot. And before the birthday, there was special dinner arranged for guests so finally her father asked her to join him.
Her father introduced Sora to many relatives which she was not aware of and why she is not able to understand. What is a big deal to be eighteen? They were many adults and stayed in different parts of the world hence she may not know them but they all came for her birthday as if it is the main event happening in many years.
Every person she met bowed her a little. She knew they are not royalty else she would have known, she had assumed they are business people so this courtsey is making her surprised and amazed. She wants to run away from these people and just to be alone with her family for god's sake.
It was because she was getting very negative aura sometimes from the guest except her father. It has that lingering feeling someone is watching her just to make her turn around and once she is off guard one can stab her!
She asked her father to talk to her alone. So he excused from guests and both of them came to their garden. Once they reached she took a breath of freedom.
"What is it Sweety?", her father asked.
"Father, I was feeling suffocating inside. I don't know why! Father why these many guests are here? I don't know any of them except closed one.", she was scowling.
"Humm! You remember what I asked you before you leave for country I?"
"Yes father. You asked me to take responsibility! And trust me father if it's related to business, now I have a good experience so I will! I will expand it to all over world, I have confidence in me. But I swear if we have to do business with these guests who are inside, I am not at all interested!", she was not happy at all.
"No sweety! As you know business is just a mask to us for survival in these mere humans for our kind of people. So rest assured you will do business in your own way!", and he paused for some moments.
Sora heaved a breath of sigh thinking she has not to deal with those, how naive to think like that but the very next moment her father just dropped the bomb on her!
"Those all people gathered are of our kind of high authority. And you are chosen heiress to this generation who possessed tremendous power by born. You are the only one to wield any kind of power not by practice but by will! So once you will be eighteen tomorrow you have to take responsibility as their Queen!", he put every world in slow but clear voice.
"And hence we always called you 'Princess' as I know you will become our 'Queen' one day! And see you have become a very fine lady in every aspect inlcuding business now!", he was so pround on her!
"We are not some royalty who posses some kind of land but we are different from them in respect of our power! We can wield them, can increase them or can destroy them! But the people who are having opposite aura of ours are always in fight with us to dominate and to have upper hand! So we need someone powerful who will fight with them, finish them and maintain peace in our kind by showing them that we have a strong leader. Sometime people having more power than other always rebels. I know my child you have all the qualities to be the best 'Queen' and rule the world.", he was telling her by looking at her face expression who was shell shocked and she has rooted on her spot like a statue.
Sebastian was unaware of the whirlpool inside Sora's mind which was creating a havoc inside her. When he looked at her face he shook his head helplessly. He should have known she is the person who will keep herself far away than using her power to harm someone.
"That is why I told you to not mingle with many people. See they made you emotional!", he started to coax her after a pause he started again.
"I told you before, you have to take a big reposnisibility...", he tried to convince her.
"And I told father, last decision will be mine!", Sora interrupted. Now she was not looking at her father at all. She scrutinized her eyes to hall where the party was hold. Even though Sebastian is her father her intimidating aura always worked and he just nodded to her. Sora left the garden without turning back and strode to her room!
Once she came to her room she closed it and locked. She immediately limped as her legs give out and she sat on floor while trailing the door. Only she knew how she managed to answer her father and come to her room. She was taking her breaths to sooth herself.
