Six years later ….
"Hah! Hah! Hah!"
The girl rose from her foamy mattress. Although it is not particularly soft, but still usable. Now she was looking around the room from every angle.
The walls were rickety and full of cracks, and the roof was leaking. The place to be is in this completely unusable house.
Liliya's clear liquid had fallen, and she began to look down again. Although it had been many years since that incident, Liliya could never forget it. Grandfather is extremely important to her.
Even though the fact that humans and vampires had reconciled, fear lingered in the recesses of her mind.
Liliya's fists were clenched, and a glint of rage appeared in the corner of her eyes.
Her razor-sharp nose was flat, and sweat was constantly flowing.
[I hate vampires] her thought.
As usual, the girl prepared to practice swordsmanship and hunt animals in the Lavender forest, but her father held her hand.
"Where are you going, Liliya?"
"I'm out for hunting, Dad. As usual. I'm looking for some venison for our dinner," Liliya replied, feeling weird when realized that her father didn't usually ask about her whereabouts.
They are poor human commoners; what else can they do to keep their stomachs full besides hunt? Money or gold coins are in short supply!
"It's no longer necessary to do! So you are at home today. Don't go anywhere, and being beautiful for today!" The father advised.
"What? But ... but why?" Liliya was in great shock. What exactly does it mean to "beautify herself"?
Her father took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.
"The selection of vampire brides will take place tomorrow. Liliya, you should be chosen if you are capable. Only you have the power to alter our destiny. We no longer need to hunt in the kingdom. It's all available, you just sit back and relax."
Liliya licked her upper lip now that her tongue was numb. Her eyes were pleading.
"But … but… I'm not interested, Dad. I've been grateful for my life like this by being a commoner."

Vampires and humans.
Two races are coexisting. In the past, there was a big conflict between them. Vampires are bloodthirsty and hate to be defeated. Humans have the instinct to survive, and despite many deaths and defeats around the world, they remain unfazed.
Humans are certain... On earth, God will not lead them astray.
Until the great war between the two races ended resulted in an agreement.
No one will be harmed as a result of their agreement.
Vampires were permitted to ascend to the highest levels of power, establish kingdoms, and rule them as they pleased. Humans are free to live their lives, but they are divided into castes.
The royal family is the first caste, and they live with vampires. This is only for the fortunate.
They can 'ride' live comfortably if being successfully married to the vampire crown princes. Princes are free to choose the girl of their dreams with a selection of vampire brides seeking.
Humans will repay vampires with blood, while vampires will give treasures and thrones full of comfort based on human dreams. On a note, human blood should not run out and must be refilled with nutritious food regularly.
That is the agreement between the two races.
The humans who weren't chosen… would be commoners who, just to eat, would rely on their strong hunting abilities and instincts. Make use of the Lavender forest's natural resources, which now include the Liliya family.
"Let's think again about it, Liliya. You are the most beautiful girl in this village. We can't keep hunting until we die because Dad is getting old and sick!"
Lily sighed softly. Since the vampire invasion a few years ago, the girl has only her father; her entire family has been slaughtered.
The death of her grandfather, however, was the most painful loss for her because it occurred right in front of her eyes.
All of the events, from beginning to end, were meticulously recorded, instilling hatred in Liliya's heart. Even though humans and vampires have reconciled, Liliya still despises them. They're vile and devious.
"Sorry, Dad. I'm sorry, I can't. I'd rather be a commoner for the rest of my life than live in a kingdom with a horde of vile races who murdered our family!" Liliya exclaimed, her voice hoarse. She didn't think that after all this time ... she'd have to argue with her father about trivial matters.
If her father is no longer able to hunt, Liliya should take over. The girl is nimble and tough, and she can take care of herself. Independent.
They are not going to starve to death. It won't be unless God makes Liliya's leg cut off or she is stunned.
"That's enough, Liliya! You're an adult. I don't want to die poor!" yelled the father, slapping his daughter across the face. "Whether you go or stay at home is up to you; what is certain is that you must participate in the selection tomorrow!"
Liliya could only give a weak nod and couldn't say anything else.

A tall man with pale skin and golden blonde hair down to his neck appeared to be sipping a glass of wine. The sweet taste began to travel up his throat. He'd yawn now and then to break up the monotony.
"It's going to get boring if it keeps going like this, huh?"
He sat silently in the kingdom all day, gazing out the window. All of his slaves were hard at work preparing the best banquets for his guests the next day. More than half of the province will undoubtedly attend the vampire bride selection.
Of course, many attractive, beautiful, and sexy women would gladly surrender to his embrace.
After that, he withdrew a smile. Waiting until tomorrow would be tedious. The man went into his room and removed all of the royal adornments, including the gray snow-shaped brooch that identified the Chze royal family.
He only wore a T-shirt and black robes after that to protect himself from the sun, which would later ambush him. He covered his face with a headscarf to avoid looking pale.
A simple ruse! He doesn't appear to be a vampire in this way.
The man exited the room, passing every slave and royal guard on his way out. Fortunately, no one recognized him in this state. Furthermore, they were all preoccupied with the success of the event the following day.
The man then proceeded to the royal horse site, where he mounted his favorite white horse, Bevler.
"Hi, bro! Come hunting with me!" he exclaimed as he stroked Bevler's head before leaping on top of him. Bevler's whipping of the reins made the horse run instinctively.
So far, the man had ridden his horse until he arrived at a beautiful forest surrounded by purple flowers. He was well aware that he had arrived in the Lavender forest.
The man came across a deer strolling. The man smiled slightly and reached into his trouser pocket for a gun, but was quickly defeated by a sharp knife that appeared out of nowhere and stabbed the deer in the shoulder, causing a wound.
The deer let out a small cry and stiffened before falling.
The open wound was dripping with blood. The man was taken aback and quickly turned to his left.
There was a young girl dressed in tattered clothes. Her aqua eyes hypnotized the man for a brief moment before he gulped down his saliva.
"So … cute."
