Nothing big really happened; the game came to a halt. After Valis stopped crying, everyone tried to get their piece of the gossip; apparently the two of them broke up. The lack of affection was getting to Tsuitame, and when she even refused to let him kiss her on the cheeks, it blew off into a loud argument that turned into a shouting match.
By the next day, the two of them were completely ignoring each other, which made me feel a bit sorry for them.
"Alas, no more distractions, maximum action." I said while making a warming-up routine that today was the fate day we would all spar together; it had been decided a few weeks ago, and everybody trained hard the entire time to get in the best shape possible.
