I regrettably woke up the next day on the side of a highway, the only thing present there being some trucks going in and out with a bunch of cargo in them. I felt surprisingly fine, apart from a few bruises here and there. I had a large bruise on my right knee, one over my left shoulder, and one somewhere in my back. My neck was incredibly stiff, and my entire body was aching after having slept on solid concrete.
'Maybe I decided to go through with the tour idea... but what kind of crazy bastard was I to travel by walk?' I admonished my drunk self for his recklessness and my indecisive self for letting things escalate to that point.
'But most importantly, where am I? I doubt I was active for much, seeing as I don't remember anything about yesterday, but damn! To think I would feel so lost...
