Holy spells are particular effects a god grants access to his believers. Most common divine spells are granted through the request of believers using ancient magic as their medium, but there are a few exceptions. They are people who the gods have personally chosen to expand their influence and therefore are granted some divine energy for them to use as they please.
Floresia was one of those individuals, blessed by the gods with an incredible amount of power. However, ever since she became a demon, she has lost control of the divine power, meaning that she cannot wield it as she pleases; it only follows the will of its god.
The area she created overruled the spirit realm and put new rules in place or changed previous ones.
