Adeline got up and showered that following day and was slightly hung over, but she slept damn deep and it felt refreshing. She did a bit more work, but looked outside to see that the snow had stopped sometime in the night and that meant she could probably head home today or tomorrow. She wasn't sure why she felt kind of sad about it.
Feeling hungry and seeing that it was nearly noon she went downstairs and to the kitchen and she heard talking. She went in and Mary was standing there handing Lewis a plate of food.
"Thanks, I was starving." Lewis looked like he just crawled out of bed himself, he saw her and gave a smile.
"Sleeping beauty is awake." She smiled and moved into the kitchen and sat down at the counter area that was in the middle. Mary smiled and moved to grab some food for her, and it smelled really good. The plate was slid to her and she was thankful for it.
"Yeah, but I think I look better than you right now." She said and he just nodded.
