Ash, Claire, Daniel, and I quickly circled the building from a distance to locate any openings. Luckily for us, there was a transport truck at the gate that led to the inside of the building. The truck was definitely big enough for all of us to fit underneath.
"Can you guys cling to the bottom of the truck?" They all looked uncertain, but nodded regardless. They must've realized that their uncertainty would be a threat to the mission.
We snuck behind the truck and climbed under it and clung onto certain exposed parts.
"Don't get too cozy, we'll have to leave this spot in a little." As if on cue, the truck was allowed entry past the gate and into the base.
The truck drove past a parking lot and in front of a decently sized garage door. Said door opened only after a few seconds, and the truck quickly followed inside.
"Adios." I softly kicked Claire and Daniel from underneath the truck and behind some cover so they wouldn't get spotted by the sudden action.
I could feel the burning and surprised gaze of Ash on my figure.
"Calm down, how are they supposed to take down the people outside if they stay under this truck with us?" I could feel his gaze settling down and accepting my words.
"I know, I just think there could've been a better way to do that."
"Ash, we are in the middle of a mission and a war, there is no time to ponder on that. Keep your head in the game."
"Alright, alright."
The truck came to a stop after the garage door fully closed. The driver and passenger seat doors were opened as two armed soldiers hopped onto the ground.
I couldn't exactly see the full outfit they had on, due to my location, but I could see their black combat boots and the bottom part of their green decorated military shorts.
"Ernst, watch my 6." The man who I was observing declared in a thick German accent.
"Ja (Yes)." The second soldier, now identified as Ernst said.
The two men wrapped around to the back of the truck and opened its doors.
"Stay here." I whispered to Ash as I rolled from under the truck. I started climbing up the side of the truck until I got to the top.
After reaching the top, I latched onto the ceiling and started crawling directly above Ernst and his companion.
When the other man was too busy opening the back doors on the truck, I webbed Ernst's mouth and yanked him up towards me.
His gun fell out his hands and was about to hit the floor, before I quickly webbed it and pulled it up as well.
I snapped Ernst's neck and webbed him and his gun to the ceiling. Only after all that did I notice the contents of what was inside of the truck.
There were a bunch of males who's races varied, bound in chains and beaten. I had no clue why these Germans were kidnapping people, but I certainly had a few ideas.
"Ernst? Ernst, where'd you go?" He looked all around, but couldn't find him. This man however, wasn't incompetent. He readied his gun and pointed at the ceiling.
"Can't have you alerting anybody now." I quickly webbed the gun and pulled it out his hands, throwing it across the garage.
I couldn't jump off the ceiling yet before he continued to throw weapons at me. I kept catching the weapons and throwing them in the inventory.
"What the-!" Despite how sound proofed this garage might be, I didn't want to find out if it was, so I shot a web directly in his mouth and down his throat.
He fell to the ground and started writhing in suffocation. One hand holding his throat while the other was clawing at the web in his throat.
Of course, it was all futile. He then succumbed to a slow death. I jumped down from the ceiling and finally acknowledged the captives.
"Now, why did the Germans take you?"
"W-We don't know, they didn't tell us anything."
"Sigh."
—————————
"Ahh, dickhead. He didn't need to kick us so hard." Daniel muttered under his breath. He stood up and dusted himself off.
"Calm down Daniel. We have a mission to complete, there are more important things right now. He is a dickhead though." Claire agreed.
They both crouched down and surveyed their surroundings. They were crouched behind a bush after that kick by Billy.
There were two German soldiers guarding the front of the building, and the duo could briefly see two guards peek over the rooftop time to time.
This led them to believe that there might've been two guards covering every wall on the outside.
Their theory was proven when they peered over a corner to their right and saw two guards there too.
That meant that there were two guards behind and on the left side of the building.
They also noticed the cameras that laid all around the building, but they were hidden well enough to not be seen.
They waited for 20 minutes until they finally got the go to move.
"This Billy, cameras have been disabled, you're free to proceed."
"Copy that." After receiving that piece of information, Claire and Daniel peered back over to the two guards to their right.
Luckily for them, the two guards they were looking at were incompetent, and seemed to be taking a nap, right there on the job.
The duo, while still crouched low to the ground, made their way over to the guards. Claire inspected these two sleepers closer and noticed a few bottles of alcohol around them.
They were drunk and fell asleep.
"How did they even get alcohol here?" Claire wondered aloud. Daniel could only shrug his shoulder, as he too, did not have an answer.
Claire and Daniel continued towards the back of the building and left the sleeping duo to whatever dreams they were having.
Daniel peered over the corner and saw this pair of soldiers who appeared to be wide awake and on duty. This one wouldn't be as easy.
Daniel turned his attention back towards Claire and the two tried to formulate a plan.
"How about he throw a smoke grenade over there and rush them precisely moments before it completely covers their vision?
We'll have to be quick, because they can alert others nearby faster than we can get their." Daniel threw out a suggestion.
"Or." Claire pulled out a pistol and attached a silencer to it.
"We can shoot them with these." She threw an identical one with a silencer on it as well at him.
"That works too."
(I am aware that silencers do not take away all of the sound from a bullet being shot, but I think it would make it quiet enough to not be noticed.)
They both trained their sights on the two unsuspecting soldiers around the corner.
*PHEW* *PHEW*
The two bodies collapsed onto the floor simultaneously, lifeless.
Claire and Daniel proceeded to walk past them and do the exact same things to the two soldiers covering the left of the building.
They couldn't shoot the two soldiers at the front, because the two soldiers on the roof would easily see that, so they had to go to the roof first.
They went back to behind the building and looked for a way on the roof. They had noticed earlier that there was a fire escape there, even though there were no windows.
They climbed up it carefully and the top of their heads looked over the roof.
The two guards were just dangling their legs over the rooftop and seemed to be having a conversation.
"Yeah Brock, kids do say the craziest things sometimes."
"Yeah Ledger, my kids are always saying the darnedest things I've heard. Things like, 'Why are you spending so much time at the bar?' Or, 'Please don't get a divorce with mom.' Crazy things like that."
"Yeah, same. My kids say things like, 'Stop hitting me.' And-" Not wanting to here this conversation anymore, Claire and Daniel appeared behind the pair and started choking them till unconsciousness.
They couldn't shoot them because they both would've fell off the roof, right onto the ground in front of the two below, so they had to settle for suffocation.
Speaking of the two below, since everyone on the outside was taken care of, they could finally move on to them.

20 Minutes Earlier
——————————
"Sigh." I watched as Ash rolled from under the truck and walk over to the back. He instantly noticed the man on the ceiling and could only shake his head in disbelief.
"I don't even know what you are dude."
"And you don't need to. Now, help me figure out what to do with these, people."
We couldn't exactly leave them here. I doubted there was just food here off rip, and if there was, it was being transported in large quantities at a time.
And we didn't have the time to deliver them food when it ran out.
We also couldn't take them with us. We came here by foot and I wasn't sure how capable these people would be on missions.
We didn't have enough time to train them to be either. It's ironic that I'm the fastest man alive, yet I can't find the time to solve this problem.
"What's your backgrounds? Can you be stealthy? And can you handle a weapon?" They each explained what they did and how well they did it.
There were 10 people who got kidnapped, so I gave each of them a weapon that would suit them.
6 of them had melee weapons while only 4 had guns. Their backgrounds mostly were mercenaries and combat specialists, so they were more than competent enough to handle a weapon.
"Follow me." We all left the garage and snuck our way around.
