A YEAR LATER.....
She stood in front of the dressing mirrors, admiring her beautiful dress. She shut her eyes, and the memories of what happened a year ago came flooding her memory. Adraina opened her eyes, with tears standing at the corners of her eye
It's been a year, but it felt like it was yesterday. She never would have thought that it would take that long. At least, she was happy that the villain who had vowed to make her life a living misery was dead and gone
"Addy, wow...you look so beautiful
Adraina quickly turned towards her friend Diane with a smile on her face. Do I look that beautiful?
She asked, just to be sure.
"I guess you will find out from him. By the way, why do your eyes look watery?" Diane asked staring at her confusedl
"Huh? Do I look like I cried?" Adraina asked wiping off the corners of her eye
"Yes darling, you look like you just did," Diane replied while helping to straighten her dress
