Rafael had informed his beta last night to come and pick him up as he had something which he needed to attend to himself, but excluding his daughter who must have been worried sick because he wasn't there to put her to sleep or even bring her out to have a good time.
He also missed her very much as well. He wished she was there with him, maybe then, Adriana would see just how much his daughter adored her. Not just his daughter but him as well.
He loved her even when the laws of the pack were harsh. Now that he knew, nothing was stopping him from loving her, the love he felt for her had only increased tremendously.
While he was waiting for his beta to come to pick him up, the door to his room suddenly swing open, without being told, he knew exactly who it was. Her scent already gave her away.
"Hi," Rafael uttered sharply.
