Chereads / Heir Of The Night / Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

Inside the large cave, the inside of the cave was cold and dark, then mossy and full of rocks.

It was in this cave that Arjuna took Rio to hide.

In the dark atmosphere of the Cave, Arjuna was sleeping Rio in his arms. Meanwhile Rio himself was fast asleep in Arjuan's melodious "Nina Bobo" song.

While rocking Rio, "Father!" Lay comes, along with Ranya and Lalisa.

They ran into the deepest part of this Cave, "Lay!" called Arjuna in a low voice, because he was afraid that Rio would wake up.

"My son!" cried Ranya in excitement.

Ranya immediately took Rio in Arjuna's arms.

After changing hands Ranya immediately held him gently. Cuddling him like a mother holding her son for the first time.

"Dear!"

Lisa said so. The expression is intended for Arjuna, the other and no is not her own husband.

Yes… Arjuna and Lalisa are husband and wife. They have been married for hundreds of years, even their marriage age exceeds that of Ranya and King Byun.

Can you imagine how old they really are? It must be old, right? But why do they still look young, and like humans in general?

Don't be surprised and don't be surprised. In this world all live eternally, there is no age limit for humans living here. All of them cannot die, because they are immortal beings who live in other realms.

Unlike humans in general, who will die at most 100 years, but not with them. Neither King Byun, Ranya, Lalisa, Arjuna and Lay were all dead. Even Rio if it will be a human servant in the future.

Back to the story… They both hug each other like husband and wife in general. Forgetting to miss each other, for a few days they had to be separated because of the current conditions.

Ranya kissed her son. He seemed to let go of his longing for the 40-day baby.

"Thank you," Ranya whispered to Arjuna.

"There's no need for Your Majesty to thank me. I feel that I don't deserve such a greeting from Your Majesty," he humbly said.

"You have saved my son. You should deserve to be considered as the reward of this country, for saving Rio's life," said Ranya again.

"It's my duty to help, I will always be loyal to this kingdom. But for now we all can't be safe… Prince Rio's life is still in danger."

He would care about the title or throne which was clear now that Ranya and Rio's safety were his priority.

"Lay!"

"Yes, Father."

His father looked at him with a serious face, as if he was the only one he could see.

"Lay, my son… As Father said before, you must protect Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Rio. You remember that, don't you, dear?"

"Of course Father… I will always remember your words in my mind."

This kid is really smart. Even though he is not a child anymore, he can already bear the burden of his father.

"Listen carefully to what Father has to say… You and your mother must get out of this place as soon as possible and as far as you can… Do you understand what I mean by this?"

"Of course Dad. I'm no longer a snotty kid who always cries when Dad scolds me… Now that I'm a big boy, I definitely understand what you mean."

Who used to cry when he was yelled at, has now grown up to be a wise adult man.

The words of the two people reached Ranya's ears, "What do you mean I have to go? I don't want to leave this country, no matter what happens!"

The decision was rejected by Ranya, and Arjuna replied, "I'm sorry Your Majesty, you must leave this kingdom immediately, because right now your life and that of Prince Rio are in danger."

"If, indeed, the entire country is under siege, then there is no longer any place for us to take refuge, except this place… So, I will not leave this place, no matter what happens!"

Arjuna stepped closer to Ranya, accompanied by Lay and Lalisa, Arjuna tried to make Ranya understand this situation.

"Your Majesty there is no need to worry, there is one safe place for His Majesty and Prince Rio to take refuge."

"What's that?" Full of questions in her mind Ranya.

"The human world... You and the Prince can go to the human world, because our enemies won't be able to catch you all the way to the human world."

Ranya is unsure what to say. What Arjuna said was not wrong, indeed the human world is very safe to be used as a hiding place.

Because of what?

"What my husband said is true Your Majesty, only you can enter the human world. We from the world of immortality cannot enter the human realm, without the Rubies of Eternity," said Lalisa, continuing the curse from Arjuna earlier.

"That's right... You and the Prince have the Rubi, so you can save the Prince's life by going to the human world," said Arjuna again.

Ranya is getting more and more upset. Rio's life is indeed the main thing, but on the one hand there is still King Byun who is unknown now?

"Then what about my husband? Isn't he still in the kingdom, fighting the Sun King himself? Can I have the heart to leave my husband alone there?"

"Your Majesty, take it easy, let me help King Byun..." said Arjuna, who was unlucky whenever he put himself up for the sake of his master's safety.

"My husband!" Lalisa was restless holding Arjuna from leaving.

She is not a selfish woman, but she is just afraid that something bad will happen to her husband.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine. I promise after this war is over I'll meet you at the place where we first met, later."

"Hmmm."

"Don't cry… You have to be strong. You have to make sure Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Rio make it to the border of the two worlds safely."

"That's for sure," said Lalisa confidently.

"Sure... You have to make sure of that, that they cross the border of the two worlds safely and arrive safely into the human world."

"I'll make sure of that, my husband."

"All right. Take good care of yourself, and our Son too." Arjuna kissed Lalisa's forehead in front of Ranya and their son, Lay.

After finishing with Lalisa, Rajuna took a few steps towards Lay.

He said, "Lay, my son!" Stroking his big head.

"Yes father." Lay answered without any pressure.

"Now it's father's turn to leave this tough task to you… I'm sure you can take good care of Prince Rio and Her Majesty the Queen."

"Father, don't worry about that. I'm no longer the snotty kid I used to be. Now you can leave this task to me, and I will definitely carry it out well.

"That's good then. I'm relieved… at least if I have to die, I've left it all up to you."

"Father don't say that. You are a great knight, you will not be defeated…"

A child will grow over time. With the good deeds of his parents, even a rotten seed will grow a big tree with lots of fruit.

The more we save goodness, then the result of that goodness is goodness. So, never teach bad things to your own children if you don't want your children to have bad morals too.

"Yes dear. Daddy will definitely bring you victory, you don't have to worry. Do you understand?"

"Of course Father."

"Okay… You'd better get going, before the Sun King Soldiers find you in this Cave."

"Then what about father?" Lay worried about his father again.

"You take it easy. With magic that a

I have father can avoid their pursuit… And for now I will buy time so you can go as far as possible."

With the remaining time. Arjuna tried to make his son understand.

"Hurry up and go!"

"Okay dad… I'll do my best, I won't waste this opportunity you've given me."

"Smart kids."

Seems like everything he said. This is a sign that it is time for Arjuna to leave his wife and child.

"Father will immediately go to stop them, and quickly get out of this cave!"

"Okay dad." Lay answered without fear, and doubt. Why was he afraid, if it was for the sake of the truth? There's nothing wrong with him being brave, right?

Arjuna came to Ranya, "I will go first, Your Majesty. Lay will show you the way… Lay, show Your Majesty the way to the border!"

"Okay dad," Lay said quickly.

Ranya immediately gave her response, "Thank you."

"This is nothing Your Majesty. Your Majesty's best to leave immediately, for Mr. Byun let me help him, Your Majesty just take it easy and save this future heir."

"Sure...." Ranya replied.

"Husband," Lalisa held back, and even Arjuna who wanted to leave did not have the heart to leave him.

"I'm fine. Take care of yourself, and Her Majesty the Queen, and Prince Rio….," Arjuna replied.

"Of course my dear… You too must take good care of yourself. You must bring victory to our kingdom."

Great hopes and prayers of faith from a faithful wife. God will always be with those who are steadfast.

"You can believe it. I will see you soon after this war is over," continued Arjuna again.

"Okay." Lalisa let go without a single tear, instead she smiled for her husband's departure.

Arjuna went, and left this Cave quickly. Now only Lay, Lalisa, Ranya and Rio were there.

"Come on, Your Majesty!" invite Lay as his father ordered earlier.

Before leaving the Cave, "Commander Arjuna!" Call Ran.

Arjuna looked back, turning part of his body. He didn't say anything, he just smiled.

"Be careful," continued Ranya again.

"Honey! Take care of yourself!" message lalisa

"Certain." Arjuna replied and left immediately.
