"Go on," Ava nodded.
"If someone ever stands in your way when you're pursuing Walter, you have to overcome them. Walter deserves a good girl like you by his side. He'll one day realize how important you are to him." Saying all this in one breath, Lissy Lock expressed everything she wanted to say.
Ava also smiled.
Lissy Lock stood up, picking up her bag: "I have to go; I spent too much time on this meal."
"Let me walk you out," Ava said.
"No need, I will take a taxi."
Lissy Lock quickly left the restaurant, got into a taxi, and went straight back to the company.
As she walked through the doors of Fame Group, she glanced at the parking space for executives, then withdrew her gaze and proceeded into the company without stopping.
She took the elevator directly to the CEO's office.
