It's been a real rollercoaster for the last five days of travel. If you are not familiar with that phrase, it means that there's been quite a few moments of ups and downs, interesting events and moments of boredom, and moments of dealing with one another well and sometimes some of us wanted to kill each other.
Today started out well enough. We were traveling the last stretch of terrain before we started our ascension of the volcano. The group was growing restless. We hadn't seen or heard a clue about whether or not there even was a phoenix on this volcano.
We were just a few meters away and passing by a pool of magma. Hevlauna created a water shield to protect us from the heat, but we all were still sweating. Everything was calm until Prigal shot up out of the pool of magma and roared a primal gutteral roar.
