"Dreamy Creepy Dreams - 1" °•○●

Eren dreamed that he was at home. In the garden, the dogs that his mother fed surrounded him. And the animals and Eren were walking in the neighborhood.

Eren sensed something strange in the environment. It was like sunlight….he lifted his head up and saw a huge meteor approaching. A huge burning ball of fire was approaching the earth. Eren started running with the dogs. He wanted to go home.

He entered the garden of the house, shouting towards his neighbors. "Meltem! Get down to the basement with everyone quickly!"

"HEY!"

No one answered or there was no vehicle noise around either.

Eren was still determined to get his family down to the basement. He reached into his pockets but couldn't find his cell phone.

Taking shelter in a basement warehouse a few meters down wouldn't have protected them from a meteor this big. But Eren still wanted to try their best. Moreover, he did not even know if there was an underground shelter in the city where they lived. He lived in a country that was unprepared for such natural disasters.

No matter how much he shouted, he heard nothing but the barking of dogs behind him. The door of their neighbor and the door of their own house were side by side.

He started banging on both doors. Kicks and screams.

But no one opened the doors. Since Eren didn't have the house key in his pocket, he ran with all his might and climbed onto the balcony standing high from the back. He entered through the back balcony door.

He could not see his mother or father at home. His brothers were already at university abroad. The neighbors were apparently not at home either.

When Eren looked out the window, he could see a meteor tens of times bigger than the silhouette of the moon in the sky. He took a five-liter water bottle and a few pieces of bread with him before throwing himself into the basement. He took the chocolates and biscuits that were constantly in the lower cabinet in the kitchen and carried them downstairs. For a minute or two he had taken down the most important things in the house, including the toilet paper.

When he got tired of running, he went upstairs out of breath. He sat on the porch in front of the front door and put his feet up on the stairs. A scene of shadows, fast blowing winds and massive meteors burning the sky.

Eren could not see a single person, including his family and neighbors. The dogs that roamed around were gone. Suddenly, he thought of his mother's pet. He ran to the huge birdcage in his family's room, which was in a beautiful window-side section. The cage was empty. The blue budgie that had lived with them for 10 years was not there at that time.

"Impossible. Something is wrong."

Eren couldn't remember where his cell phone was or anything else that would normally make sense. He was thinking about other things, despite an approaching meteor outside. Most importantly, he had yet to see a single human being.

So this is a dream.

This is the only logical explanation.

As soon as Eren realized it was a dream, or was performing any major use of consciousness, he needed to wake up. Dreams have certain rules. But he didn't wake up.

But there was something good about realizing that you were in a dream.

At that moment, Eren went from being "Dream Eren" to "Normal Eren stuck in a dream". So now, looking at things in the dream, he knew he had been away from here for months. He also remembered that he lived in a dangerous place far away and had not seen his family for months.

His normal logic came back while destroying the dream logic.

..

He wandered around the rooms of his family and brothers with feelings that made his heart ache for minutes. He was touched by the smells, the shapes, the cracks and even the cheap home decorations as he wandered around the house. It saddened him to see plants in tiny pots, the existence of which he hadn't even noticed for a long time.

The presence of his mother and father in this house was very evident. Even his older brothers' old belongings were evident in all the downstairs and upstairs rooms.

What about me?

Eren could see very little in the house that would reveal him. And they were all in his own bedroom.

I was such an empty person. There was no hobby, no achievement, no sign of life.

A bare young man. He was a being that no one would remember except his parents if he died.

I was pathetic.

Eren would avoid being so cruel to himself. Because he was the only thing keeping his parents together at home. And he didn't have the luxury of being a teenager around his family. But returning to his own home months later and looking at it with a different eye had impressed him.

Maybe the place for an empty person like me is to live face to face with death. I have no place in a normal world anyway.

Eren wanted to think more about this matter in the future.

"I hope when I wake up I won't forget what I saw or felt here."

..

After half an hour of walking around the garden and looking at a few side streets, he was sure that he was the only person in this dream.

He was still in a scenario where he was waiting for the meteor to strike, and he was sitting in front of the door waiting. At one point he went into the living room to get a small picture frame with family pictures. And when he came back, it was as if the meteor had come even closer.

After Eren checked it a few times, he was sure. The stupid meteor never moved as long as Eren was focused. That's why time didn't flow. Whenever he followed the meteor, it was as if the meteor didn't move. But when Eren turned his head and looked again, the meteor was getting a little closer.

"You're even farther from Earth's orbit, stupid thing. Hurry up!"

It was a frightening, tense and disturbing experience. The most important part was that there was not even minutes or hours, but a much longer period of time before it was even over.

Eren was tired of staring at a meteor and then turning his head. Just rolling his eyes didn't work. In order for time to flow and the meteor to approach, Eren had to at least turn his neck.

You are very busy. Besides, my neck hurts son of a bitch... If you're going to hit me, hit me!

I wonder when will I die?

The dream continued for a long time. Eren got tired of sitting in front of the door and turning his neck and went inside. He sat at home and ate. He took the bed and sheets to the basement.

At one point he went into the bathroom and took a shower. He tried to turn on her computer in her room upstairs. But just as the computer was booting, he realized that there was no electricity. "Maybe it was cut due to an emergency. In some earthquakes, the entire infrastructure collapses. What a stupid country I live in, damn it."

..

As the hours passed, Ren began to act a little more intelligently. His thoughts were a little clearer, and he was no longer vegetating like he used to.

Eren had only felt that he was in a dream before. Because a few hours ago, his eyes were hazier and his head was more pensive. His previous plan slipped from his mind when he turned his head while deciding to do something. But now these side effects had subsided, and Eren was beginning to remember the temple as well.

He was sure he was dreaming now!

Since his memory was not perfect, he remembered the general concept of a temple and the bedroom where he spent time. Other details were slipping through his mind.

He stopped trying to remember when his head started to hurt. He looked for something else to do.

He didn't know anything he could do about being in a dream.

"How do people spend time in a dream? It would be great if I could watch a Youtube video called Top 10 things to do in a dream."

Eren shook his head as he lay on the sofa in the living room of his house. "Is there really a video on this topic? I hope there isn't..."

Eren was experiencing cringe feelings with his own imagination.

Then he smiled when a light bulb burned on his head at that moment.

Something occurred to him at that moment. While thinking about a youtube title.

"Internet?"

Eren rushed to his room upstairs and grabbed his school bag. He suddenly felt melancholy as he threw down all the books inside. He never thought he would miss even those boring textbooks. He took the school bag with him, which he would fill with the things he would need.

He put the simplest food and drink he could find in the bag, and threw in a pack of wet wipes that caught his eye in his room. Just as he was about to leave the room, a baseball bat belonging to one of his brothers caught his eye.

"By the way, we don't even play baseball in our country. I made fun of you because you bought it for what it would do. It turns out it would work here." Smiling, Eren started hitting the tip of the baseball bat on his left palm.

He looked like he was going to a fight or fighting a zombie invasion. If he wore a hat on his head, he would look like the loser main character of a science fiction story.

Unable to find the keys to the house, he immediately closed the front door when he left the house. When he returned, he could still enter from the back balcony. Unable to find his keys, he sighed at the motorcycle in front of the house.

Then he walked to find the nearest internet cafe with big steps and a smile on his face.

He was going to find people and the internet.

He paused for a moment, turned his head to the meteor above, and showed an insulting gesture with his left hand.

"Sc*ew you creepy dream!.."
