"Would it be alright if I took a look in your closet? I'm sure I can find something for you to wear."
Andrew furrowed his eyebrows as if in deep thought for a moment, then nodded. He put his coat back on a kitchen stool then lead the way upstairs.
Lillian couldn't hide her audible gasp when they entered his room sized closet. She couldn't believe what she was looking at. Every hanging piece of clothing were just professional and formal suits in different shades of primary colors, grey, and black. His shoe shelf was mostly full of classy black and brown shoes as well, though she did notice a pair of flip flops on the bottom.
"Um, do you mind if I look through your drawers?" Lillian looked at him hesitantly as she became more pessimistic she'd be able to put a casual disguise together.
"Go ahead." He stood by the room door, straight faced, with his arms crossed over his chest as he watched Lillian search through the room.
"Hmm?" Lillian opened a few drawers, looking for a hidden pair of sweatpants or jeans folded away and out of sight. As she suspected, a good number of the drawers were full of neatly placed white button up shirts. Another, to her surprise, was a variety of swim trunks and a wetsuit. She thought back to the flip flops and wondered if the CEO enjoyed swimming.
She was in the middle of pulling open another drawer when she heard Andrew cough. She looked over at him to see him cough again along with a subtle head shake. His cheeks flushed a bit, making him look almost embarrassed.
Huh? What caused the stone faced CEO to show that expression?
It was then Lillian looked down to see the drawer she had opened was full of underwear. Immediately understanding his hints, she slammed the drawer closed and glanced over at him, flashing an apologetic smile, only to notice he was back to his usual composed self.
After coming up empty handed, Lillian sighed as she looked around his closet one last time for any idea on how to dress him down more casually. Thinking hard for a moment, she came up with an idea.
She had him put on a light brown pair of suit pants, that she rolled up at the bottom for a more casual vibe. He had one pair of clean black winter boots that looked like they had never been worn, hiding in a box on the bottom of the shoe shelf. The main issue was his top, but luckily Lillian had an oversized hoodie from her university days that just barely fit him. All she had to do now was ruffle his hair a little bit, then the casual transformation would be complete.
"Would you mind bending down a little? It'll make it easier to style your hair."
"Like this?" Andrew obediently leaned forward and bent his head closer to her height.
"Perfect! Thank you." Lillian quickly swept her hands through his hair, tousling it about to give him a messier look. "Done!"
Andrew stood up straight and looked in the full body mirror leaning against the wall. He turned to Lillian and cooly said, "It looks like a bird attacked my head."
"Here, let's try this." She calmly stood up on her tiptoes and reached to move a few locks of his hair, determined to make this look work before heading to the store.
Andrew felt his breath hitch when she got close. He could smell a nice scent coming from her, causing him to lose himself for a moment before the feeling of her soft fingers reached his scalp, bringing him back to reality. She gently brushed his hair off to the side above his ear.
"Alright, let's head to the store now before it gets too late. I'll get changed real fast then meet you downstairs in a minute." Lillian rushed out of the room in a flash, leaving the dazed CEO behind.

Andrew collected himself and maintained his signature pokerface expression on the drive to the store. Though, he may have been trying too hard, for at times his expression turned into a small scowl, worrying Lillian that maybe she had overstepped his boundaries by making him wear different clothes.
It turned out all her worry over his appearance was for naught anyways because Andrew chose to stay and wait in the car when they got to the store.
He must really be upset. I should be more careful not to bother him in the future. We might be roommates now, but he's still the CEO...
Lillian put a bottle of cooking oil in the shopping cart, then continued grabbing the rest of the items on her grocery list. After checking out, she was about to head back to the car when she saw a sale sign at the clothing store next door.
There was a large basket full of dark grey sweatsuit sets in various sizes. She picked up one of the bundles and paid the cashier for the set, then went back to the car.
