Louis tapped the end of his black leathered shoes on the smooth flooring of Kenworthy duchy's drawing room.
His impatience was clearly written on his face. The nobles were trained to keep minimal expressions and rarely showed their inner thoughts in front of others. This trait was even more ingrained in royals. Their indifferent way of talking and putting others below them showed their dignity and composure.
But Louis pathetically failed at doing this simple thing that he had trained for years now. The butler who was serving tea to the prince easily detected the unease and impatience he was showing.
"The tea is served, your highness''
Louis came out of his thoughts hearing the butler's voice. He picked up the teacup and took a sip before keeping it back on the table.
