Maria had previously worked with Bevz before in one operation in Oregon. It was just for a whole week when they escorted Nabi who made a deal with the CIA. Raven mentioned that the other agents who had worked previously with Bevz were missing or can't be found through their tracker.
"Do you think whoever has taken down the others is already eyeing me as the next target?" Maria asked Raven.
"Without a doubt. I'd say to stay low for now and not expose yourself unnecessarily. Nabi's trying to protect this operation you're in. This one shouldn't blow up at all costs. The election is coming and we don't wanna garner unwanted attention from the presidents. The opposition is on his ass these days. Finding fault at every chance they could get. We can't add up to that."
