Maria tightened her hold on him and put pressure on his arm, twisting it with anger.
"I don't know what are you talking about. Who are you?" she snarled at him when instead of him crying out of pain, he only laughed even louder.
"How exciting to see you playing the president's daughter. An orphan like you dressing like this." he said, trying to look on her face but she didn't let him. She could see the scarred on his cheek. The side that she recalled was damaged by the acid she threw at him.
"You must have mistaken me for somebody. I don't know somebody who's ugly as you." She said while he continued to snicker in amusement.
"I've observed you. You're definitely that orphan girl-"
Maria jolted in surprise when he suddenly freed his one hand from his side, grabbed her feet locking both of his own. It was quick when the guy tried to reverse their position. He was ruthlessly trying to bring her down on his previous position.
