Hunter's POV
My mind muddled and I had no more inhibition on what I did as soon as I heard Layla's voice from the other line. It was almost like listening to my own death being declared right there. My body turned cold before panic enveloped me.
As I left from the meeting room, I didn't pay attention on how I destroyed every devices that constrict any manipulation to take place in the city. Hell, I would be willing to destroy anything if it was to get me in Tazzen ground fast.
Not a minute after I heard the news through Harriet's phone, I was already at the ground of Tazzen with darkness surrounding it. I filled my nose with air in the campus and my senses tingled at the familiar smell of blood around.
I bolted into the direction of the club where the familiar scent originated. There were a trace of smell that I abhor too much mixed in the air and I will soon hunt them one by one until every last of their blood seep on the ground.
