Information merchants bought that sea chart from Captain "Old Smoker" Laureen, and then resold it at a high price to some of the Great Pirate groups.
Yet, no one knew how it got leaked.
When everyone awoke this morning, it seemed like the entire city had various real and fake sea charts.
With news of Devil's Island having been known for over half a year, the city-state was now overflowing with adventurers and pirates. Once the city lockdown ended, the adventurers in the city rushed to buy supplies from every major market. Cartloads of fresh water, food, fine wine, and essential sailing oranges pulled by Romant's unique unicycle headed toward the docks and stuffed into the ships prepared by Yang Fan for departure.
