Have you ever done some so disturbing and utterly devoid of any semblance to your personal beliefs? Well, neither have I, but I have a dreadful feeling that I have no other option!
Crawling out from the pits of despair and hopelessness, I attempt to steel myself for the actions that I'm about to commit. A sin, yes, a sin! A cardinal sin against my very being!!
*Looking down at the wriggling piles of rotten flesh, horror is plastered of my face!*
Large yellow/cream-colored atrocities wriggling in the piles of flesh can be seen. Yes! Maggots! Horrifying! If I had any lunch in my stomach, it currently would be forcing its way out!
To sprinkle on even more absurdity, these maggots are not your average Earth ones. They are huge in comparison, roughly about a foot in length! Dreadful!
But if I am going to get out of this hell I am going to have to posse- Gah! I can't even say it! Aah! Here goes nothing!
Ew Ew EW EW!!!
My body is a wriggling mass of gelatinous flesh, abhorrent! BUT I HAVE TO DO THIS!!

It seems when I possess another creature, I gain its strength and vitality stats. Also, my race abilities are locked, but I gain the abilities of the possessed creature.
I need to end this as quickly as possible. I cannot stand it!
Wriggling over to the nearest larvae, I open my mandibles preparing to take a bite! Crunch! A rip off a piece of grotesque yellow/cream flesh from my brethren.
*Barf* YUK!! That is disgusting!! As I am paralyzed by the horrific flavor, the targeted larvae became enraged. Still out of it, the now enemy larvae retaliates by sinking its mandibles into my fleshy body.
OUCH!! Fuck, I can't get distracted! A gruesome battle taking place. My body is 'bleeding' spilling internal fluids and guts out. But I did it! I fucking did it!!
I feel incredibly weak, and on the verge of death. Looking at my stats I see that my HP fell to 2/10. Not wanting to experience any damage to my actual health, I quickly un-possess the larvae.
And after about 20 seconds, the larvae that I possessed died from injuries. Phew, glad I got out before it kicked the bucket.
Taking the time to look at my experience gain and comparing it to how much I need to level up. I calculate it will take around twenty-nine more maggots to kill. . .
Ugh! But I have to accept my fate, as I possess a new larva. Repeating the disgusting process.
SPLUSH! SPLUSH! SPLUSH!
After the twenty-ninth larvae I finally reach level 1!
Hah Hah Hah- FINALLY! DAMN THAT WAS NASTY!!
It seems like I gained 7 stat points and one skill point! Awesome! Uh hmm, how should I distribute my points? Well, I already know that I need to attribute more to my spirit stat, but I can't dump all of the points in there. . .
I was also planning on going the mage route but having to possess creatures and fight for my life takes priority. Okay, it's settled I need to go for an even distribution.
I sink one point into Intelligence and two points into Strength, Vitality, and Spirit. And I still have the one skill point remaining.

Okay, it seems like my innate strength and vitality will be added to anything I possess, Great! Also, since I finally leveled up, I wonder If I can phase through walls yet?
Sticking my hand out towards the wall, I sink into it! Going further, up until my shoulder, I become ecstatic. Hahaha seems like I can finally get out of this God-forsaken place!
However, as if hearing thoughts, the wall becomes harder and harder to phase into. . . No! No! NO! Not Yet, I'm so close! But despite my complaints I cannot force it past my shoulder.
Crap! How many more of those horrible maggots do I have to kill to allow me to level up again!?!
WAIT A MINUTE! Skeletons! I bet I could possess them now! I quickly rush out of the decomposing flesh room and head to the corridors, in search of some 'Jacks' (Skellingtons).
Ah! Hello there, ye old pile of bones! *I grin maliciously at my new 'best' friend* Not wasting anymore time I jump into its body.
Again, there is a battle of souls, but I'm no longer a complete pushover! The battle is still quite fierce and takes a toll on my soul, but I pull through in the end.
Wah! I successfully possessed my first skeleton! I must say the feeling, of being nothing but old dusty bones, is quite unique and not in a good way. But it is infinitely better than those gross squishy/slimy larvae!
It is a bit hard to control, as I'm not used to the lack of muscle tissue. Actually, at one point I dropped my forearm and some rib bones! But I quickly reattached them back in place.
HAHA! A semi-human shaped body again! *As I laugh the skeleton body cackles creepily* (due to the teeth hitting each other in my jaws).
Let's go take out some skeletons!!
