The night breeze blows as from all directions on an normal, unassuming road. The road, even whilst in the middle of the multiple houses, was surprisingly empty, with only a humanoid figure in sight.
"No one here too huh?," Kuu says as he let out a sigh of frustration.
He had been walking for quite a bit, trying to find a simple diner.
__"Either these people are all outside or just sleeping, maybe even hiding, but there's no one no one around during the sunset either so that can't be right..." Kuu thought.
To say the current situation is strange, in fact, is quite an understatement, even if there was some sort of homicidal situation going around, for so many people in the day, there should be atleast one or two daring, or brave, depending on how you look at it, people that roam around the streets.
After walking around and looking around for a few minutes, it suddenly hit Kuu.
__"What if this is the housing district?"
Allow me to explain, in a town, atleast in Elizuof, there are 3 types of districts, the housing district, the market district, and the adventure's dome, as the name implies, the housing district is for school, apartments, police station apparently, homes, etc. It's basically just where the locals live and authority stuff, apparently, usually the authority stuff are in the adventure dome but not this town apparently. The market district is for shops, I mean what else. The adventure's dome is named like that cause the person that decided this sistem was an adventurer and decided to stand out while choosing the names, adventure's dome is just a mix of everything, black markets, for obvious reasons, mostly lies here, along with adventure's guilds, street food, fancy food, armour, potions, you name it, basically everything. In case your wondering, the sky shone whatever hotel I stayed in was in the housing district.
"Now how can I find where the adventure's dome is?" Kuu muttered.
A mental torch lit up in Kuu's head.
__"I just have to find light right?" He thought
Kuu looked around for the tallest nearby ground, it doesn't have to be too tall, just have to be enough for him too look at the city from above, luckily for him, the was a nearby clock tower.
"Something like that should be enough," he says out loud.
He put both his hands in his pocket and in a voice colder than ice, he said: "Teleportation."
In less than a fraction of a millisecond, he was on the very top of the clock tower that he was looking at a moment ago.
Without hesitation, he looked around the town with his hands on top of his eyes, like a cap, as if he was trying to block the non existent sun. After a bit of looking, he finally spotted the light among the darkness.
"Northwest, around 11 o'clock huh." Kuu said, this time in a casual voice.
"Teleportation."
In the blink of an eye the man once standing at the very top of the tower vanished.
