Returning to the house, Michael helps Kylie to her bedroom and into her bed then retires to the guest room. Sitting on the bed, he removes his work boots and begins to remove his mechanic suit from work then goes into a duffel bag he packed from his apartment before they came to the house and goes into the guest bathroom to shower. Standing in the shower and letting the warm water flow down his body, Michael leans against the wall and becomes lost in his thoughts of everything that has happened. Struggling to sleep, Michael gets out of bed and goes into the kitchen for some water when a creaking noise catches his attention. Walking out onto the front porch, he finds Kylie sitting on the swing. He walks over and sits down next to her.
Kylie Monroe: Couldn't sleep?
Her voice groggy from the crying she's been doing.
Michael Monroe: No. Never get much sleep anymore."
Kylie Monroe: My parents called. They'll be here tomorrow morning.
Michael Monroe: Guess that means you won't need me around here?
Kylie Monroe: You know that isn't true, Michael. These next few days are going to be the toughest I'll ever have, and I need you more than anything right now.
She turns to look at him as he returns her glance and he can see that even beyond all the tears and messy makeup, how beautiful she is and how Trevor was truly blessed to have her. Not only is it her beauty, but her gentle and kind heart and personality.
Michael Monroe: You have my word that I will be right by you no matter what. Come on. It's cold out here. Get you to bed.
They both get up and go back into the house.
Roman Galloway: A toast to a job well done.
Roman and Robert have a drink to celebrate the successful mission.
Robert Kessler: I am a man of my word, Mr. Galloway. And I told you I would get the job done.
Robert mentions as he places his prized guns back in their respective cabinet.
Robert Kessler: The boys are celebrating themselves, as they should. They have earned it and I trust we shall have no more issues. If you'll excuse me, I have to shower. I smell like cat piss.
Roman leaves his room and heads back downstairs to his office while clapping at another job well done by his team.
