Meredith's POV
Then I could finally breathe, hell I was holding my breath for a long time. I need to prove myself to Van and most importantly to make sure I never have to bow my head in front of Marisa ever again.
"Are you okay Meredith?" Michael ran to my side after everyone had left.
"Come on we need to redo all the designs," I said as he nodded his head. He witnessed everything so I believe he feels the same way I feel right now if not worse.
As we walked out of the conference room I had a call from Matthew. "Hello Matthew, I'm sorry we really can't have lunch together," I said softly.
"I know Meredith, are you okay? I heard from Marisa and Purple what happened at the meeting," he said in a calm voice. I know he was trying to comfort me but I can't believe he had to hear that from Marisa and Purple. why are they even still talking?
