This shit is complicated having a child on the way changes everything and perhaps can make one lose their balance. I will have a serious talk with my mother when I see her. How could she tell her she couldn't keep her own marriage?
"Listen to me Dr. Elizabeth Alexander Fernando, you are an incredible woman, and no man is allowed to treat you the way Zachary did. You are a strong woman and you can take care of my little niece or nephew. I'm not the one to tell you to divorce him or not but you got to set some standards. That is your home and if anything at all he should be the one to leave with his lover not you," I said staring right into her eyes and she nodded as if I was awakening that strong girl in her again.
"If you want I will go with you and you can choose to let him know about the baby or not but you got to confront him and your bank account as well," I said firmly.
"Will you really come with me?" She asked surprised.
