Amani returned back to Leonardo's room and her eyes zoomed in on him where he was sitting on the couch, working on his laptop. She stood by the door with her phone clutched to her side while considering how to begin the conversation with him.
She knew, telling him Percy was blackmailing her would bring everything out into the open. Everything like what her original intentions were before coming to interview him.
