Amani felt a lot better after she spoke with Becca. She wanted to spend the night at her best friend's place but thought against it. What if Leonardo decided to come over during the night. She wouldn't want him to come and not meet her at home
Since Amani had apologised to Leonardo earlier that day, she thought maybe he didn't call her because he was busy with work. She told herself he would call when he's done with whatever he was busy with. So she continued to wait for his call but it never came. She became worried and called his number again but his phone was still switched off.
Despite everything Becca told her about having faith in their love, Amani started feeling dejected all over again after she had waited for hours and Leonardo still hadn't called her.
