Chapter 109: The twinkle in her eyes
Pepper stepped down from the car and so did Asher. He was carrying a backpack that was bigger than Pepper's because his bag contained every repellent known to man.
He had this big hat on his head that made him look absolutely ridiculous but Pepper refused to say a word.
Soon they were standing near the woods and Pepper was hugging her best friend. Asher watched as June introduced the rest of their camping buddies to them.
"Pepper, meet Liam Queen…our former boss and his friends Bob…"
"I am butch" the man corrected June and she smiled awkwardly at him
"Of course you are. And his lovely girlfriend Jess. This is May and Abel, they are married and this is Anna"
Pepper's attention was focused on Anna, she was a pretty little thing with her red hair and perfectly slender figure.
