Chapter 96: A good Man in a storm
Duke paced. And she didn't do it quietly. Sasha did her best to ignore her as she kept her eyes glued to the paper she was holding.
Duke stared at the ceiling for a few seconds before she started tapping her leg on the ground. Patience wasn't really her thing but it was a good thing Sasha was skilled in the art of Ignoring her impatience.
Duke stopped pacing when it became apparent that Sasha wasn't going to drop the paper or give her the answers she seeks until she was ready.
"So?" Duke had raised eyebrows.
Sasha took more minutes before she looked up. "I don't know where to begin"
"It's a good CV, Sash" Duke insisted.
"Honey, you listed shooting people as a hobby" Sasha had an exasperated look on her face.
"I am a military trained sniper, should have said baking cake?" Duke said it like it made no sense whatsoever.
