She was behind a tree watching the parents from the Oceans Pack pass with their little kids as they escorted them to school. Some of them saw her and just assumed as if watching someone like Sheryl hiding behind a tree was one of the common things they have been seeing.
If anyone wanted to learn how to act as if no one existed, Ocean Pack wolves were the first to ask. Those wolves knew how to act as if the only people and wolves they knew were themselves.
"Wow. No wonder Jordan and Gal are still here." Sheryl thought and leaned on the tree. She placed a hand on top of her heart which was threatening to break, it was the last feeling she ever thought her god kids would inflict on her.
She felt betrayed, she had been betrayed before yet the betrayal she was feeling at that moment made her want to transform there and run around the turn like a mad wolf.
