Jordan made a decision.
And the decision was he was going to ask Sheryl whether he would stay with her if his sister was not going to show up for the next week or so. He was overthinking and he knew that but it was okay for him to overthink, it was okay for him to plan ahead
He closed the door slowly as he told himself that he didn't want to wake up Sheryl. For a minute there he forgot that it didn't matter if he closed it with a bag, he was going to wake up Coach Sheryl after all.
But it was thoughtful of him as he knew some of the people who really got scared at night when they heard a sudden bang.
He released the doorknob slowly and walked towards where Sheryl's room was. Arriving there he didn't start knocking immediately, he started thinking of the reason he should and shouldn't know the door.
