I finally lost control of my desire. For Youjin.
I can't help but sigh remembering those embarrassing and irrational moments. The horrible things I did to Youjin.
Again, another sigh.
Youjin chuckled beside me. "Are you that disappointed, Keita? You even sighed twice."
"Ah. It's not that. I just remembered something…" I took a long chug on my beer.
"Ah. Speaking of 'remember', Eisuke." Youjin said, instantly turning to look at Eisuke who's sitting on his other side. "I bumped into Reiji-senpai* yesterday." (*senpai – senior)
Eisuke almost spits his drink. "What did that annoying person said? Did he do anything to you?"
I noticed that each one of us (Me, Misao, Toshiro and Fumihiro) were all looking at Eisuke and for sure were all wondering about Eisuke's reaction.
"Hmm… We just had a small talk. He asked how I'm doing then he asked about you." He paused and then something clicked in his head. "How come he knew that we're still classmates?"
"Ah. It was quite a long story, Youjin. I'll tell you about it next time." Eisuke discreetly peeked at me over Youjin's shoulder. "Just ignore that person when you see him again, okay?"
"Ohhh? Who is this senpai you're talking about?" Toshiro innocently chimed in.
Yes. He's halfway drunk already. But thank you so much Toshiro, I'm really dying in curiosity here now.
"Ah, Reiji-senpai was our senpai back in High school. He was already in 3rd year when we entered school as freshmen. He was a nice and popular senpai. He's even friendly with us first years."
"Annoying senpai, to be exact." Eisuke rolled his eyes before taking a sip on his beer. "He used to bother Youjin every day. I was constantly on the lookout because of that person."
"Eisuke…" Youjin giggled. "Reiji-senpai is a nice person…"
'I see… so that's when Eisuke started to become Youjin's bodyguard." It seems as though all of us were thinking of the same thing.
"Ah… I remember last time, you said Eisuke that Youjin falls in love quite easily? Don't tell me… Youijn and that senpai dated in the past?" Misao asked with a straight face after he chugged down his beer.
"What? Is that true, Youjin?" I spat out.
"No. There was nothing between senpai and me…" Youjin waved his hands in denial.
"Is that the truth, Eisuke?"
"Yeah. Youjin didn't fell in love with Reiji-senpai back in High school." Eisuke dully assured, and then he gulped down the remaining beer in his cup.
I lit open a new stick of cigarette as I heaved a deep sigh of relief. I was sucking in the smoke when Eisuke continued…
"Rather… Youjin was in love with me at one time."
I choked on the smoke in my mouth. "What?!" I coughed.
Youjin was trying to soothe me by rubbing my back, Eisuke was grinning at me like he beat me to something and everyone was surprised just as I am.
