"RISE AND SHINE ALEX!" Aaron shouted. "Mmmm.... Daddy go back to sleep it's 5 in the morning...." A young male voice said. "Alex, you're 8, it's about time that I start training you to use your powers! Or do you want to just get them randomly and come running for help?" He said. A young eight year old with short black hair, and azure colored eyes climbed out of a small bed. His skin wasn't that pale and more close to Aaron's but more bright.
"Okay...." He said with Aaron picking him up. They went out into a large open field and Aaron said "Your mother built this for when your powers kicked in! I figured now would be a good time to put it to use.". He noticed his sons expression and said "It's your wings, isn't it?". Alex nodded and said "I feel like they stand out too much from all the other angels.... Is that bad?".
Aaron looked stunned and said "As angels, our wings can mean a lot of things, for example take your uncle Zephyrus. His wings represent how he can see the future, past, or desires of people.". Alex brought out his wings and said "So what do mine mean?". Alex's wings were always unique compared to other ones. His kinda looked like dragon wings minus the scales. They were a black color with a red stripe going through each of them.
Demon wings. That's what everyone called them. "Yours.... I'm not sure yet. I'll have to wait until you're older to find out. But today lets just work on what you do have! we'll do what my brother Jet used to do with me!". Aaron got in a stance and said "HIT ME WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT!".

A now 15 year old Alex jumps up and punches Aaron in the chest, sending him back an inch or two. Aaron just laughs and says "Come on! You're mother hits harder!". Alex freezes in his tracks and stops using his powers. "D- dad...." He says worried. Aaron listens up and says "Why do I hear boss music?". A slice of crimson energy goes right past them and Chloe says "You wanna repeat those words?".
"J- just teaching Alex how to use his powers properly!" Aaron said nervously. Chloe laughs and says "Step aside Alex! Let me show you how to fight like a demon! If you're gonna fight you need to be what you are: the best of both!". He moves out the way and watches his parents get ready to fight. He pushes a button and a pink energy barrier goes around them.
"LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Chloe says rushing towards him. Aaron stands there and takes all the punches, getting punched to the back of the barrier. He then pulls out a silver sword and slices the stored up power towards her. She dodges but before they go at it again a glass mirror goes in between the two of them and their punches get thrown back into their faces.... Literally.
The barrier goes down and now well age Zephyrus steps out the mirror and says "You're a 37 year old man, and yet you still act like a child!". Aaron smiles at him and says "How ya doing Zephyrus? Is it that time already?". Alex wonders what they are on about until Aaron turns to him and says "Due to certain developments, Alex Gold-Lock: you're going to school!".

"Is this really necessary? Can't we just keep doing home school?" Alex ask. "Your title is literally 'The Azure Prince'. I think you'll manage a year of high school!" Chloe tells him. "Easy for you to say, you're queen of the angels, your job is fun! You get to give people orders and then execute them if they are denied!" Alex responds. "Oh please! That stuff is easy, but trust and believe there are harder stuff to do as a queen!".
Aaron pulls up in front of the building and says "Just relax. If anything you'll just stand out more since you're royalty!". They let him out and he walks in. "Oh gods please let this go fine!". When he gets to a class room he says the name of it. "Class A-1? Seems like the right place.". He walks in to see a bunch of students all waiting and chatting to one another.
The class went silent as their teacher walked in. "Hello everyone! Since it's the first day, I'd like everyone to introduce themselves first we have.... Alex Gold-Lock.". 'Oh you've gotta be fucking kidding me!' He thought. He walked up and said "The names Alex Gold-Lock! Or as some of you might know me as: The Azure Prince!".

Later on throughout the day was his first official class: Tech! Alex's least favorite thing. "I swear this couldn't get any harder...." Alex said. The assignment they were given? Solve a puzzle regarding construction of a fake bomb.... "Can't there be something that's easy to do-" "Hello!". He turned to his left to see 2 kids around his age who looked the same. The first had pale grey eyes, dark grey hair, and grey shorts and t-shirt.
The other had the same outfit except blue eyes, and dark blue hair. They were both 5'7 in height and had a few stray freckles. Both of their skin was a tanned color, and they were both smiling at him. "Uh, hello?" Alex responded. The grey one said "I'm Ivory, and my brother here is Pyrite! You having trouble with that?". Alex nodded and Pyrite said "The teacher told us we could help if anyone needed it!".
"Go for it.". First Ivory approached it and clicked his tongue. 'Why isn't he just building?' Alex wondered. He then noticed him repeatedly clicking his tongue while staring at it, as if looking for blueprints. "Can you maybe hurry this up? What is it can you not see?". Ivory turned to him and said "Exactly! Pyrite come here.". Pyrite went over and he whispered something into his ear.
Pyrite went over and immediately started watching it closely and started constructing it. "How the fu-" He said once they finished. "Oh yeah! I can't see anything but Pyrite can see a lot! We're both dragose and being twins we can work best together! My power lets me use my mouth to use echolocation, and see what in front of me, or whatever is in range of the sound.".
Pyrite turned to him and said "And my power lets me see more than just shapes and colors. It let's me see though walls and object, and l also gain a very good memory of everything, so I never forget!". Alex couldn't help but think he had heard those names somewhere before.... "You two are the sons of the king of dragons!".
