Ava had watched Jake set everything up,from the medium sized barbeque stand to the foldable table where a small cooler sat and finally the foldable chair that she lay on.
Whenever she had offered to help,he had firmly refused and told her that she was his guest.
She watched as he stuffed the cooler with ice.
"At least let me get the drinks",She was almost pleading now because he was honestly doing too much alone.
He looked at her with a small smile as finally agreed.
"Once you are in,the kitchen is down the hall on your right. There is a fridge and a minibar attached to it,so you can just get whatever you want to drink",He explained carefully to her.
"What about you?What would you like to drink?",She asked, surprised that he had mentioned nothing about himself.
He chuckled.
"I will just have whatever you are having",He told her.
