"Now,don't go falling asleep on me",Jake told her when he looked up and observed that she was getting quite comfortable on the chair.
Ava gave him a thumbs up.
"I won't,I am just resting my eyes from this persistent rays while I wait for the food to be ready",She told him and continued in her self acclaimed uncompromising position.
Sometimes while she had been waiting,Ava had closed her eyes.
She had told herself that it was to avoid the remnant glare from the setting sun but she had still fallen asleep.
"Do you like your fish well done or medium cooked?",Jake asked her as the grilling was nearing an end.
When she did not reply,he looked up at her and found her asleep.
Jake found himself laughing at how soon she had fallen asleep after her defiant claim that she was only resting her eyes from the piercing rays.
He shook his head, chuckling as he decided to take care of the fish in a way that he hoped she would like.
